This is the planned layout for my contents page. Hopefully the final product should look similar to this. I used my previous research to decide on the layout.

Front-Cover Analysis

This is the analysis I did of my front-cover. Doing this helped me to see what could be improved on the magazine and gave me some constructive criticism for when I make changes to it and print it for the final time as the finished version.

Front Cover Sketch

Here is the sketch of my front cover for the initial print task. Hopefully, the final print will look similar to this, but as the design and production process goes on, I will no doubt make changes to it.

Edited Image

This is the MCU picture but edited. I edited it as I thought some things on it could be better. Some of the colours looked a bit off from what they should be. To fix this, I did some colour-correction on photoshop and made parts of the picture stand out more to give more emphasis where it is needed.

Photographs

During my break on Thursday, I got a MCU of a student and this is the final picture that was taken that I am happy with. I tried to have the picture without him looking directly at the camera, but slightly off to give the affect he was thinking about sixth form.

Here are the two front-page analysis documents that I did as part of the research section of the Initial media print task. I found some college magazines online and annotated them. This helps me to identify some of the features and things I need to include when I make my own front cover for a college magazine.
